An early ripening, indigenous Hungarian grape variety, which accumulates sugar easily. Manual harvest, followed by fermentation at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged on fine lees for 6 months. On the nose the wine starts with a lively, fresh, yet diverse aroma. An endless play of citrus aromas and floral notes, surrounded by lemongrass throughout. In addition to ripe yellow pear and peach, a light tropical fruitiness can be detected in the background. On the palate, we get back all the forms of citrus – lemon peel, lime, lemon sorbet. A light, airy sip, with the inimitable acidity of the wine region.
