Almost limpid in appearance, with pale lemon reflections. The nose is light and fruity, with golden apple dominating the palate. The dry palate lingers, with ripe gooseberry, white mulberry and some banana notes making it a complex experience. Excellent with creamy fish pasta. Serve at 10-12°C. Pécs Chardonnay is a dry white wine with a protected designation of origin.
