It has a crystal-clear, pale straw yellow colour and a higher viscosity. The highly characteristic, creamy nose displays hints of tulips, pomelo and melon. The palate is dry with a soft, silky texture, moderate acidity and medium body. The sweetness of ripe yellow apple on the lingering finish and the special character, unlike any other variety, make this indigenous Pécs grape unique.
