Tricollis is a ruby red wine with a soft structure, dominated by Cabernet Franc and Merlot, and gently complemented by Pinot Noir. Notes of cherry and red currant on the nose are enriched by the fine spice of cinnamon due to the ageing in small barrels. This is a medium bodied blend with soft tannins making it delightful and easy to drink.
