Tokaj-Hétszőlő Chateau Imperial Szamorodni Sweet, 2018

Szamorodni is a historical wine category of Tokaj, just like 3 Puttonyos Aszú. They have basically the same richness and style in nose and taste. In the production of Sweet Szamorodni we do not select the aszú berries from the grape bunches, but we macerate and press them as nature has given them.

“We believe that by using organic methods we can protect the vitality of the vines and thus have better quality now and in the future. In order to communicate this philosophy, we use only our own grapes to make Hétszőlő wines. (Gergely Makai, Technical Director)
