Thanks to the success of previous vintages, the current vintage of our sparkling wine is now the fourth in succession. In contrast to previous years, the new vintage of Zelna Brut contains Olaszrizling as well as Furmint. The Furmint provides the acidity, while the Olaszrizling adds body. It was aged in bottle for two years before disgorging, with a 6g dosage, and was made using traditional methods, with all processes taking place within the winery.
